REFUND ELIGIBILITY

1.1 SERVICE DISSATISFACTION:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our Quran Teaching Services and want to request a refund you must notify us within 02 days (after trial and registration) of the first lesson. We will assess your request on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

1.2 TECHNICAL ISSUES:

In case any technical issues occur that hinder the delivery of the Quran Teaching services, we will try our best to resolve the issue. However, if we’re unable to resume the delivery of  given services within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible to ask for a refund.

You will not be eligible for a refund if your access to the Quran teaching services is terminated due to violation of our services and code of conduct.
